Clinical Psychology Centre

The Monash Clinical Psychology Centre is a statewide service which provides psychological help to individuals and families. It is operated by the School of Psychology, Psychiatry, and Psychological Medicine at Monash University. It provides the community with low-cost and up-to-date treatments, while providing senior psychology students in the Doctor of Psychology (Clinical) course with opportunities to implement their knowledge and skills.  CPC clinicians provide assessments, psychology interventions and reports. They collaborate with a wide range of professionals. The CPC accepts referrals from across Victoria for a range of psychological problems. Self-referrals and referrals from health professionals and agencies are accepted. We do not provide out-of-hours emergency treatment.

Consultation and Training

The CPC provides consultation and training to community agencies and health professionals, for example, child and family interaction skills, mental health promotion and group work.

Research and Project Development

Due to its links with academic, training, and research facilities, the CPC can offer a range of resources for collaborative program development and evaluation.
